Research
We have designed our own database system specifically to capture the skill-sets and career moves within asset management and its related areas. We have developed this knowledge and these relationships over 15 years. We spot good people and watch them succeed.
Communication
Too often clients and candidates are kept in the dark. We work hard to keep clients and candidates informed at every stage of the search. We tell clients what we really think. We treat candidates with tact and consideration, ensuring that we leave them with a good impression of our clients, whatever the outcome.
Commitment to the task
We are a boutique search firm: every search counts. Rupert Beeley and Janie Miles have worked together for many years and conduct all searches directly. We have a small number of clients and therefore have minimal off-limits restrictions. We set a clear and pressing schedule for a search and ensure that we are not stretched by other project commitments. We are always available, respond quickly and work efficiently. Our performance record speaks for itself.
